M2R’s Rev-X3 Helmet has been a collaboration of years of Racing and Lab testing. MIT (Multiple Inclusion Technology): The MIT shell is Kevlar, Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass in which the excess resin is extruded from the shell fibers. M2R’s exclusive technology leaves only the resin needed for shell integrity. The layering technology is also unique due to the pattern in which the fibers are laid to absorb impacts and resist penetration. The MIT process along with the fiber pattern allows M2R to make one of the lightest and most technology advanced helmets in the world. This process also ensures the helmet has a perfectly balanced weight bias. During an impact the MIT shell absorbs and disperses the energy of the impact over a greater surface area.

Painting and Finishing: Each raw M2R shell is prepared with a base coat applied by robotic swing arm technology. After the raw shell is treated it is sanded to remove any imperfections in the shell. This step is crucial in preparing M2R helmets for years of use. The paint process is all done by hand with the highest quality paints. This is done to guarantee that all M2R helmets produced have long term durability and a look that is unique to M2R.After the paint process is complete; then the clear coat is applied first by a robotic swing arm and then by hand. This is done to ensure error free paint and a shell that is durable. Each shell then goes thru the ISO9002 certified quality control inspection point prior to assembly.
