The new Polaris Sportsman 850 and 550 Silencers from Aaen Performance is of a new “Stealth Design”, that looks much like the stock units on the outside. On the inside, the silencer design is of a freer flow design, unlocking 5 HP and 5 lb-ft of torque through the power band. 

The exhaust first enters a tuned chamber with a fixed quiet core and then exits though a long perforated “Double Core Design” surrounded by premium packing material. The result is a 6 lb. lighter silencer with close to stock sound level and a strong increase in performance. The Polaris Sportsman 850 and 550 “Stealth Silencer” mounts in the stock location and uses the stock mounts. The silencer is available in Black only, it is a direct bolt on and requires no special tools for installation.
