Wow…look like karma caught up with Joe. Good to see him get a taste of his own medicine. The video didnt even show half of the dirty moves Joe was pulling on everyone out there. I dont know how that guy still has a ride.
Good job Josh at staying calm, a true professional! Up until the last corner it was the best race I've ever seen!

Joe Byrd is the sorriest rider out there. Creamer was just holding his line. Byrd should learn how that little lever on the right works and get out of someone's way. Creamer held his temper which is more than I could have done. Byrd was rightfully penalized for what he did, but I'm sure his punishment wasn't enough. Byrd is a cheater and will do anything it takes, but he still can't win. I think he should be kick out of the sport.

you know, it was a good race. you thnk he should be kick out of the sport. I don't care what any one says that was a stupid move on creamers part, thats Just dirty racing. Why would you do that and take yourself out. I would have rather been 3rd then 7th. All he had to do is hold his line make the pass if it would be a clean pass. All the leaders ran the best race of the year. Was it wrong for joe to hit him, maybe but joe had that race won. He ran a good and professional race. I don't recall him taking any one out. Thats funny Joe won 2 championships in a row. I know that he can ride. I think that he could win this one to. I have a question Chad. Do you race a quad or do you just sit down in front of the computer and talk crap.

chad u need to know what ur talkin about . joe had it won .but creamer just cant ever do anything rite so he took joe out . it was a great race snd creamer shoild have just took 3rd there was no room for him in that turn and he knew it!

Wow anyone that thinks Byrd was not at fault is a idiot! Getting tangled happens when you race, doesn't mean you have to smack the person. Joe should of had his ass beat for it but Josh is a really true PRO and stayed calm. And byrd would of lost anyways cause wimmer would of taken him anyways. Byrd didn't take that corner good at all and left the inside wide open… just like at muddy creak byrd was way slower then everyone but he had a great start and was holding every body back but gust had him passed over a jump and byrd switched lines in the middle of a jump to prevent him from passing him. so that showed me how byrd really is as a racer. he'll do anything to win, whether its taken some one out or being stupid crossing lines on a jump! He's a poor sport with a huge ego! Sp what he's won a couple titles doesn't give him the right to act this way, Gust and wimmer both won titles and they are both great guys and race clean.

I think the riders should do a press conference before each race just like the bikes do. I think it would be great to get to know the riders more. And pretty much every other sport does it. It would add extra hype to each race.

I'm a damn A class rider. I guarantee I could out ride any of you on here. Maybe if you were a little more involved in our sport you would know that Joe Byrd is a CHEATER!!!! Watch Huevos 10 (I'm pretty sure its that one). Anyone who has ever even been to a national knows that Byrd is a DOUCHE BAG! So go get a life and stop dogging people you don't even know.

ok this is enough talking crap half of you don't know crap about racing and shut the hell up about byrd he is a really nice guy and he gives back to the sport more than anyone he has been teaching kids and adults how to race and ride with his school for many many years and no one gives him credit but gust tried to do a school and everyone talked about it but he had to call joe to ask how to teach it i have been to joe's school 2 times and live about 20 mins from him he can teach a group of people from age 5 to 45 at the same time and in a way that everyone understands him hell half or more of the current pros took his school
July 28th, 2009 at 1:44 pm
and about the race it is pro racing get your head out your ass and you might know that at that level racing is very different changing lines over a jump is very common and they all do it that is called blocking know you can talk stuff about that but it is racing if you dont want to be blocked then go do drag racing where you can have your own little lane all to your self pros or any top level rider knows that bumping and rubbing is racing if someone gets squirly cause of it that is part of it but joe was holding his line and he knew wimmer was on the inside so he left room
July 28th, 2009 at 1:45 pm
but josh was riding over his head and pushed it to far he didn't hit byrd so hard that it fliped both bikes so he was on the brakes he simply pushed to hard did he do it on purpose no cause at that level you want to get 3rd over 7th and he had nothing to gain from it it was his fault and he knows that i'm sure if you asked him he would say he was sorry but it is racing and their job so they take it more seriouse then you can even imagine yes byrd over acted but you prolly would to or you would go to the pits and then talk all big and bad so shut up joe's adrenaline was out the roof and his emotions were going crazy cause he knew what that win would do for his shot at another title it is not like he got off the bike tackled him and started throwing punches it was a quick slap then he got his compossure back
July 28th, 2009 at 1:53 pm
i'm not saying that byrd is not wrong for doing it but he did get fined and it caused no harm to josh but we all loose our cool sometimes under great stress but he should not be kicked out of the sport for it he has been doing this for a long time it is not like he hits people every day he just lost his cool but if you spent the last 15 years of your life preparing for a promotion or something at work them someone came and got you fired or caused you to have to start all over you would be pretty upset too
July 28th, 2009 at 3:16 pm
If any of you raced on a Professional level you know shit like this happens. Its part of racing. Blocking is legit, ramming someone off the track is BS; and if you don't know that then why the hell do you even watch racing?
Byrd's back end washed out a little bit causing him to lose speed, and causing the faster rider, Creamer, to pack him in the ass. He has no reason to slap Creamer, other than to show what a true little bitch he is..
I never liked Byrd to begin with, and he now has no respect from me and many other racers/fans.
July 29th, 2009 at 3:27 pm
i agree with wright333 half ppl here dont even race. joe shouldent have slapped him but hes a great rider …and how do you cheat at pro level they check ur bike before you race..and they have refs on the trrack so not real sure how he cheats.but sh$t happens…!!!!!
July 29th, 2009 at 10:54 pm
joe bryd is the dirty ist shitty ist rider ever!
July 29th, 2009 at 11:34 pm
its racing. anyone that races knows no matter where u stand in points u want to do ur best. It was not cool of Joe to hit Josh but none of us can sit behind a computer and say they would have handled things dif cuz none of us were in that position… lets just all drop it!!!! Im sure they have
August 16th, 2009 at 7:08 pm
Wow….I dont know what angle u all seen it from but to me it looks like byrd tried to block 2 riders at once instead of holding his line and it cost him the race. Instead on holding his line and pinning it through the corner he tried holding 2 riders off at once and thats a dumb move on his part. Common since tells u that if creamer hit him hard enough to tangle up like that then byrd was too slow in that corner anyways….wake up ppl. Its nobodys fault really. When 3 riders battle back and fourth that long somethings bound to happen. I give credit to all 3 because none were any faster than the other. They all wanted the win. Dont act like byrds never clipped anybody and caused them the race. Ask John natalie about that. Joe byrd has a bad name for a reason. Dirty riding and ilegal motors will do that to ya ya know

I'm with DJ and Race fan. Byrd definitely slowed way down in that corner Creamer had no choice but to hit. And as far as Byrd hitting Creamer, uncalled for under any circumstance. The only reason why he did that is because he was venting his own screw up and Creamer just happen to be there. What if that was Natalie or even Gust who was right on his ass when made the mistake, do you think he would have hit either of them? No i don't think so because he would have got his ass kicked that's why. He was just pissed that the new racers are starting to hand his ass to him and hitting made him feel superior over Creamer…..not cool in my book i don't care who does it.
