Pro Armor is releasing its first all-inclusive pro-peg-style nerf bar, called the Fat Pegs. The nerfs feature an aluminum nerf bar with intergrated heel guard and a super aggressive, replaceable stainless foot peg. The nerfs are available in brushed aluminum or with a high-gloss black finish.

I just raced the Baja 1000 IronMan and I used these nerf bars and pegs and they worked great. First the pegs are amazing, my foot did not slip a single time in the 28 hour race. Second the nerf bar was the perfect size and protected my feet from the rocks and other things I ran over. I spoke with one rider whose foot had slipped off and got caught under the back wheel causing a miserable end to his race so I am not sure why everyone doesnt run these.
