Pro Am Series:
The Florida Trail Riders (FTR) is a registered, non-profit Florida Corporation over 34 years old with 2500 plus members throughout the state of Florida.
Our purpose is to promote the image of ?Responsible Motorcyclists?; to sanction, schedule, assist and monitor off road motorcycle events in Florida; to establish policies, rules and procedures to be followed by promoters (local clubs throughout Florida consisting of 100% volunteers), with the end result being a series of organized events run by and participated by motorcycle enthusiasts from all walks of life all across the state of Florida. In doing so, the local clubs establish and maintain good rapport with private land owners, local, state, and federal land management agencies. All of this is accomplished through the FTR membership which is made up of individuals (families, professionals, technicians, laborers, etc.) that share a common interest of the exciting activity of off road motorcycling.
Every year the FTR puts on an awards banquet to honor those enthusiasts that put great time and effort into the activity. This includes recognizing the Officers, B.O.D., and the countless volunteers that participate above and beyond the normal requirements to achieve FTR goals.
Our event this year is on August 1, 2009 and will be held at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida. .
FTR would be grateful if you could be a part of this event by donating door prizes for the event. Our participants would be grateful to receive $50-$100 gift certificates, giveaways, or anything related to the effort of getting to the events and participating.
Our event usually hosts about 500-900 individuals.
We offer exposure on our event flyer found on http://www.floridatrailriders.org, displaying a banner with your name on it at the location, running a slide show presentation that includes your logo and information on it, and many times during the event we announce the names of the contributors to the event.
