Team Rockstar/Makita/Yoshimura/Suzuki riders Dustin Wimmer and Doug Gust went 1-2 in an absolutely CRAZY race this past weekend at Round 9 of AMA Pro ATV racing at the Pleasure Valley National in Pennsylvania.
The race went down to the wire during the second moto and it looked as if Honda’s Joe Byrd would be taking the overall win for the weekend…but within INCHES of the finish line both he and Team Kawasaki’s Josh Creamer tangled up badly. A number of riders passed the two intertwined riders, which essentially killed any chances of either getting on the podium.
