The Goods: Alpinestars now offers a way to customize the look of your Tech 10 boots. These graphics kits are made with high performance vinyl material for durability and offer extended adhesion. They are extremely flexible allowing them to contour to the Tech 10 boot. The decal kits are available in four colors and two boot shell sizes to cover sizes: 7-10 and sizes: 11-14.
The Verdict: At first glance the graphics kit looks a little strange, but after the installation the results were great. Installation was a snap! You don’t have to worry about being perfect, since you have 24 hours for the glue to adhere. After we took our photos, we had to take them to the track and show ‘em off. After a few hours of riding and a lot of shifting, we noticed the graphic peeling up on the toe. Simply putting it back into its place fixed that problem, and back on the track we went. The graphics kit won’t make you a better rider, but if you want to be different these are for you!
Hits: Easy install. Sure to turn a few heads.
Misses: A bit pricey for a few stickers. Make sure you let the glue set before riding.
