The Goods: The Core series was designed specifically for riders who demand the best. The gear was designed to provide just the right amount of airflow to keep you cool all moto long, while maintaining durability to last all season.

The Verdict: Working for a magazine you get to wear a lot of gear. So when the 2008 stuff came out, we made a call to Thor to get the latest colors. We’ve never worn a set of Core gear, living in California the AC gear has always been our first choice. Well that is until now. The Core gear is super comfortable and has just the right amount of airflow. You don’t sweat like a monkey or freeze your butt off. For 70-90 degree weather this gear is awesome. We also wore knee braces thanks to some unfortunate accidents. The Core pants fit perfectly with the braces on. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the fit and feel of the Core gear.

Pros: Great breath ability, looks great, and feels even better.
